Regionalization of European Habitat Classification (EUNIS) for Effective Ecosystem Assessment

open access: yesApplied Vegetation Science, Volume 29, Issue 2, April/June 2026.
The study presents a regionalization framework for EUNIS habitat classification. We relied on European concepts to define 99 regional ecologically meaningful habitats that were strongly linked to environmental drivers and legal conservation categories.

Tensor Products of Dendroidal Sets

open access: yes, 2022
AbstractIn the first chapter we described the Boardman–Vogt tensor product of two operads. This operadic tensor product induces a related tensor product on dendroidal sets by the method of Kan extension. This new dendroidal tensor product agrees with the Cartesian product when restricted to simplicial sets, and reproduces the Boardman– Vogt tensor ...

Characterization of Social and Repetitive Behaviors of Mllt11/Af1q/TcF7c Conditional Knockout Mice

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Neuroscience, Volume 63, Issue 7, April 2026.
Sex‐specific neurodevelopmental defects in Mllt11 conditional knockout mice. Females displayed reduced social interest, increased freezing, and decreased nestlet shredding, while males exhibited increased novelty‐seeking behaviors. ABSTRACT Mllt11 (myeloid/lymphoid or mixed‐lineage leukemia translocated to chromosome 11; also known as Af1q/TcF7c) has ...

An updated classification of growth forms in non‐geniculate coralline algae (Corallinophycidae, Rhodophyta)

open access: yesJournal of Phycology, Volume 62, Issue 2, Page 490-511, April 2026.
Abstract The current challenge of defining growth forms in the non‐geniculate coralline red algae was addressed. Since the 19th century, those who have worked on this large and globally distributed group of algae have tried to summarize and systematically describe their growth forms. This effort resulted in a plethora of terms, which could sometimes be
