On a combinatorial conjecture of Tu and Deng
Integers, 2012Summary: Recently, \textit{Z. Tu} and \textit{Y. Deng} [Des. Codes Cryptography 60, No. 1, 1--14 (2011; Zbl 1226.94013)] obtained two classes of Boolean functions with nice properties based on a combinatorial conjecture about binary strings. In this paper, using different approaches, we prove this conjecture is true in several cases.
