Morphology and ultrastructure of the spores of Dennstaedtiaceae from North West Argentina

Abstract The spores of Dennstaedtiaceae species that grow in North West Argentina were analysed. These are: Dennstaedtia cicutaria (Swartz) Moore, Dennstaedtia glauca (Cavanilles) C. Prodromus of a fern flora for Bolivia. XXVI. Dennstaedtiaceae

We provide a synopsis to the family Dennstaedtiaceae in Bolivia, including 30 species in 7 genera. Two endemic species of Hypolepis, H. periculosa and H. woodii, and a widespread subspecies of Pteridium esculentum, subsp. gryphus, are described as new.

Eight New Taxa of Hypolepis (Dennstaedtiaceae) from the Neotropics

The taxonomy of bracken ( Pteridium : Dennstaedtiaceae) in Australia

Investigation of Australian bracken ferns in the genus Pteridium (Dennstaedtiaceae) shows that there is one common and widespread species, P. esculentum, found in all States, and a second species, P. revolutum, confined to north-eastern Queensland and the Northern Territory.
