Abstract Background The ultimate objective of implant dentistry is to position the implant in a three‐dimensional, prosthetic‐driven location. This case highlights a guided approach for harvesting and positioning an autogenous bone block to restore a horizontal bone defect in the anterior maxilla.

Voclosporin‐induced gingival enlargement: A case report
Abstract Background Drug‐influenced gingival enlargement (DIGE) is a recognized adverse effect of certain medications, particularly immunosuppressants like cyclosporin and tacrolimus. However, there have been no documented cases of DIGE associated with voclosporin, a newer calcineurin inhibitor used primarily to treat lupus nephritis.

The chemical composition and the in vitro synergistic antimicrobial effects of four Satureja essential oils were investigated. Essential oils from Satureja montana and S. hortensis displayed strong antimicrobial effects, whereas S. calamintha and S. alpina exhibited relatively weaker antimicrobial activity.

Classifying the Natural Tooth Color Spaces of Different Ethnic Groups
ABSTRACT This study aimed to classify the natural tooth color spaces of various ethnic groups and assess the coverage error (CE) of the Vita 3D‐Master shade guide. A sample of 490 volunteers from five ethnic backgrounds participated, with inclusion criteria set for adults aged 20– to 45 with healthy, correctly aligned natural teeth free of restorations.
