Mechano‐Bactericidal Surfaces Achieved by Epitaxial Growth of Metal–Organic Frameworks
Mechano‐bactericidal surfaces based on metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) are designed using a MOF‐on‐MOF strategy. SCAP/ARDS patients show reduced unsaturated fatty acids (UFAs) but higher PARK7 and lactate in plasma. PARK7 correlates positively with lactate and negatively with UFAs. Pulmonary endothelial cell multi‐omics show FADS1/2 downregulation and impaired PUFA metabolism. Lactate boosts PARK7 via H3K14 lactylation, and PARK7 then restores FADS1/2.
