Occlusal overload with dental implants: a review [PDF]
Controversy persists as to the role of occlusal overload in peri-implantitis. Animal studies have not revealed the biological threshold for fatigue failure in the peri-implant bone. On the other hand, clinical studies have demonstrated a link between parafunction and implant failure, although variables such as intensity and frequency of loads, as well ...

sEVs have a critical role in orchestrating interorgan crosstalk and mediating exercise‐induced therapeutic effects. Lin et al. demonstrates that sEVs miR‐17/20a‐5p mediates the muscle‐brain crosstalk and emphasizes the central role of mTOR signaling in executing molecular programs that can protect brain health in response to exercise. Abstract Physical

Object Detection for Caries or Pit and Fissure Sealing Requirement in Children's First Permanent Molars [PDF]
Dental caries is one of the most common oral diseases that, if left untreated, can lead to a variety of oral problems. It mainly occurs inside the pits and fissures on the occlusal/buccal/palatal surfaces of molars and children are a high-risk group for pit and fissure caries in permanent molars.

Eosinophils play a crucial role in the progression of temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis (TMJOA). This study demonstrates that eosinophils, induced by OVA/IL‐5, promote Lumican secretion in the synovium, which binds to Annexin A1 in chondrocytes, inhibiting transforming growth factor β2 and Smad2/3 phosphorylation.
