ABSTRACT An 18‐year‐old female patient presented to emergency dental clinic for avulsion of maxillary left central incisor (#21) in a car accident. In the presence of an immature left maxillary microdontic third molar (#28), a preplanned virtual autotransplantation using an implant planification software was chosen to replace #21.
