From 2019 to 2023, 7133 Italian consecutive patients underwent patch test with 2‐HEMA. 147 (2.1%) resulted positive (78.2% relevant), with an increasing trend over years and a decreasing female median age. Artificial nails were the leading source of exposure in both occupational (75.0%) and non‐occupational (72.2%) settings.
