A clinical case of a ten-year-old female patient is hereby presented. She had multiple dental inclusions (#13, 11, 23, 33, 34) as well as the maxillary right canine out of its eruption place: it was in the place of the maxillary right central incisor. Teeth #12 and 22 were abnormally shaped.
