Radicular cysts arising from deciduous teeth are remarkably rare. This article presents a case report of radicular cyst associated with an endodontically treated deciduous second molar. Clinical and radiographic features were consistent with the dentigerous cyst. The cystic lesion was surgically enucleated under local anesthesia.
