Odontogenic keratocysts (OKCs) are locally aggressive developmental odontogenic cysts that may complicate diagnosis and management. A 61‐year‐old male underwent CBCT for implant planning. The scan showed a pericoronal lesion with a scalloped margin and minimal expansion suggestive of OKC.
