Parameters of the Mixed Dentition in Diabetic Children [PDF]
In diabetic children accelerated development of the mixed dentition was evident before the age of 11.5 years; at this age and thereafter, development was retarded. The edentulous interval was longer in diabetic children than in the normal reference population.
