Metastatic Lung Carcinoma Presenting as Pyogenic Granuloma Around Dental Implant
ABSTRACT Oral cavity metastases are uncommon and may clinically present as swelling or mass formation. Pyogenic granuloma is a benign periodontal lesion that often appears as a bleeding mass. Both lesions can develop around dental implants, complicating diagnosis.
