Dual‐Wavelength Vat Photopolymerization With Dissolvable, Recyclable Support Structures

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.
Selective solubility vat photopolymerization (SSVP) uses a single resin to produce dissolvable thermoplastics and insoluble thermosets in a single 3D print. Wavelength‐selective curing and thermal post‐processing provide 3D spatial control over dissolution kinetics, enabling dissolvable support structures and programmable dissolution profiles.

Smart Denture with Embedded Thin‐Film Temperature Sensors Patterned by Femtosecond Laser Pulse for Elderly Healthcare

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, Volume 7, Issue 3, March 2025.
We demonstrate the direct‐laser patterning of a gold thin film on polymethyl methacrylate to fabricate a temperature sensor for dentures. The temperature sensor‐embedded smart dentures are evaluated in an oral environment, enabling in‐situ monitoring for elderly healthcare.

Accuracy of Digital Impression Methods for Capturing the Peri‐Implant Emergence Profile: A Systematic Review

open access: yesClinical Oral Implants Research, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Accurately replicating the emergence profile (EP) of conditioned soft tissue is pivotal for the success of implant‐supported restorations. In the field of digital technology, various methods have emerged to capture EP. This review aims to critically assess current digital methodologies for capturing peri‐implant EP.
