Augmented Dependency Grammar [PDF]
This paper describes some operational aspects of a language comprehension model which unifies the linguistic theory and the semantic theory in respect to operations. The computational model, called Augmented Dependency Grammar (ADG), formulates not only the linguistic dependency structure of sentences but also the semantic dependency structure using ...

Disordered but rhythmic—the role of intrinsic protein disorder in eukaryotic circadian timing
Unstructured domains known as intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) are present in nearly every part of the eukaryotic core circadian oscillator. IDRs enable many diverse inter‐ and intramolecular interactions that support clock function. IDR conformations are highly tunable by post‐translational modifications and environmental conditions, which ...

Arabic parsing using grammar transforms [PDF]
We investigate Arabic Context Free Grammar parsing with dependency annotation comparing lexicalised and unlexicalised parsers. We study how morphosyntactic as well as function tag information percolation in the form of grammar transforms (Johnson, 1998 ...

Transition-based dependency parsing as latent-variable constituent parsing [PDF]
We provide a theoretical argument that a common form of projective transition-based dependency parsing is less powerful than constituent parsing using latent variables.

The role of histone modifications in transcription regulation upon DNA damage
This review discusses the critical role of histone modifications in regulating gene expression during the DNA damage response (DDR). By modulating chromatin structure and recruiting repair factors, these post‐translational modifications fine‐tune transcriptional programmes to maintain genomic stability.

A Framework for Malay Computational Grammar Formalism based-on Enhanced Pola Grammar
In the era of IR4.0, Natural Language Processing (NLP) is one of the major focuses because text is stored digitally to code the information. Natural language understanding requires a computational grammar for syntax and semantics of the language in ...

Modeling hepatic fibrosis in TP53 knockout iPSC‐derived human liver organoids
This study developed iPSC‐derived human liver organoids with TP53 gene knockout to model human liver fibrosis. These organoids showed elevated myofibroblast activation, early disease markers, and advanced fibrotic hallmarks. The use of profibrotic differentiation medium further amplified the fibrotic signature seen in the organoids.

Disambiguation of Super Parts of Speech (or Supertags): Almost Parsing [PDF]
In a lexicalized grammar formalism such as Lexicalized Tree-Adjoining Grammar (LTAG), each lexical item is associated with at least one elementary structure (supertag) that localizes syntactic and semantic dependencies.

A syntactic language model based on incremental CCG parsing [PDF]
Syntactically-enriched language models (parsers) constitute a promising component in applications such as machine translation and speech-recognition.
