ABSTRACT Background Pediatric bone sarcoma patients and survivors may experience psychosocial challenges related to childhood cancer after their intensive, body‐altering treatment. This cross‐sectional study aimed to evaluate generic and survivor‐specific psychosocial outcomes in a national cohort of pediatric bone sarcoma patients and survivors, and ...

ABSTRACT Objectives The association between exposure to dinutuximab beta (DB) and event‐free survival (EFS) or overall survival (OS) of neuroblastoma patients was assessed using data collected during three clinical trials (five cohorts). Methods A systematic review (March 2026) was conducted to identify relevant studies (prospective; registered DB ...

Origin of visual experience-dependent theta oscillations
Visual experience gives rise to persistent theta oscillations in the mouse primary visual cortex (V1) that are specific to the familiar stimulus. Our recent work demonstrated the presence of these oscillations in higher visual areas (HVAs), where they are synchronized with V1 in a context-dependent manner. However, it remains unclear where these unique

ABSTRACT Results of COG ANBL1221 changed treatment paradigms for patients with relapsed/refractory neuroblastoma. Chemoimmunotherapy with irinotecan/temozolomide/dinutuximab is now used as both bridge therapy following suboptimal response to induction and as treatment in first relapse.

Origins of Context-Dependent Gene Repression by Capicua
Receptor Tyrosine Kinase (RTK) signaling pathways induce multiple biological responses, often by regulating the expression of downstream genes. The HMG-box protein Capicua (Cic) is a transcriptional repressor that is downregulated in response to RTK signaling, thereby enabling RTK-dependent induction of Cic targets.

RNA‐dependent recruitment of the origin recognition complex [PDF]
The origin recognition complex (ORC) has an important function in determining the initiation sites of DNA replication. In higher eukaryotes, ORC lacks sequence-specific DNA binding, and the mechanisms of ORC recruitment and origin determination are poorly understood.

ABSTRACT Background Survival after relapse in pediatric acute myeloid leukemia (AML) remains poor, highlighting the critical importance of identifying prognostic factors to guide optimal relapse management. Methods We investigated the prognostic impact of multiparameter flow cytometry (MFC) measurable residual disease (MRD) in 188 patients with first ...
