Li‐Well ZnO Memtransistors: High Reliability for Neuromorphic Applications

A novel lithium (Li)‐well ZnO memtransistor integrates transistor switching and nonvolatile memory, akin to ferroelectric field‐effect transistors (FeFETs) and floating gates, while enabling low‐power operation via Li⁺ ion migration. Li⁺ ion migration and switching mechanisms were confirmed by 3D secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS).

Temporally Reconfigurable Reservoir Computing with Flexible Electrolyte‐Gated TFTs for High‐Performance Neuromorphic Processing

A temporally reconfigurable reservoir computing system is developed using ultrathin, flexible, all‐solid‐state electrolyte‐gated thin‐film transistors (UFLEX TFTs). Engineered Protein‐Based Ionic Conductors for Sustainable Energy Storage Applications

Rational incorporation of charged residues into an engineered, self‐assembling protein scaffold yields solid‐state protein films with outstanding ionic conductivity. Salt‐doping further enhances conductivity, an effect amplified in the engineered variants. These properties enable the material integration into an efficient supercapacitor.

Taming Interfacial Ion‐Dipole Interactions With d‐Orbital Delocalized Electron Catalysis Expediates Low‐Temperature Li Metal Batteries

The ion‐dipole interactions within Li(solvents)x+ groups for fast interfacial Li+ desolvation/diffusion and dendrite‐free deposition are reduced by taming various d‐orbital electron‐delocalized catalyzers under the low‐temperature surroundings.
