Electricity Derivatives [PDF]

open access: yesSSRN Electronic Journal, 2002
In this paper we propose an algorithm for pricing derivatives written on electricity in an incomplete market setting. A discrete time model for price dynamics which embodies the main features of electricity price revealed by simple time series analysis is considered.

European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline and EXPeRT Recommendations for the Diagnosis and Management of Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine Neoplasms in Children and Adolescents

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

On the equivalence between weak BMO and the space of derivatives of the Zygmund class

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica, 2021
In this paper, we will discuss the space of functions of weak bounded mean oscillation. In particular, we will show that this space is the dual space of the special atom space, whose dual space was already known to be the space of derivative of functions

Efficacy and Tolerability of Topotecan/Cyclophosphamide/Dinutuximab in Relapsed and Refractory High‐Risk Neuroblastoma: A Multi‐Institutional Retrospective Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Purpose Chemoimmunotherapy with irinotecan, temozolomide, and dinutuximab (I/T/DIN) has emerged as first‐line therapy for relapsed/refractory (r/r) high‐risk neuroblastoma (HRNB) in North America. Topotecan and cyclophosphamide (T/C) are often used in combination with dinutuximab in the setting of lack of response, progression, or incomplete ...

Analysis about the treatment of derivative in the textbook of higher education

open access: yesEducação Matemática Debate, 2018
This article arose from some concern, mainly from practice to teaching the discipline Differential and Integral Calculus in the Engineering course, especially the derivative, high failure rate and non-association (by the students) of the meaning of the ...

Rising of efficiency of enciphering on the basis of summation of products

open access: yesVestnik Samarskogo Gosudarstvennogo Tehničeskogo Universiteta. Seriâ: Fiziko-Matematičeskie Nauki, 2014
The properties of the code numbers made on the basis of the sums with products of weight and free components are considered. Free components appear here, at first, as equal powers of members of an arithmetical progression, secondly, as members of a ...

Clinical Course and Impact of Breaks in Therapy for Children With Relapsed/Refractory Solid Tumors

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Pediatric relapsed or refractory (R/R) solid tumors carry a dismal prognosis, and postrelapse patient experiences are not well described. We present postrelapse outcomes, including number of R/R events and subsequent therapy regimens.
