Boost Approaches in Patients Undergoing Postoperative Radiotherapy
ABSTRACT The use of breast conservation surgery for early‐stage breast cancer is common, and adjuvant radiotherapy is often recommended to reduce the risk of ipsilateral breast tumor recurrence. Historical trials have used sequential boost techniques with favorable outcomes with reduction in local recurrence and acceptable cosmetic outcomes.

In adults with atopic dermatitis and chronic pruritus, the mental comorbidity of Somatic Symptom Disorder is associated with higher average and worst pruritus intensity, higher psychological distress and lower quality of life. Additionally, there were nonsignificant changes in cutaneous nerve fiber densities in skin biopsies.
