Epidermal METTL1‐Mediated m7G Modification Drives Psoriatic Inflammation by Stabilizing Bdkrb1 and Orchestrating Neutrophil Recruitment

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study unveils an unrecognized pro‐inflammatory epitranscriptomic checkpoint in psoriasis. By installing m7G modifications on the 5′ UTR of Bdkrb1 mRNA, METTL1 enhances receptor stability to orchestrate keratinocyte‐driven neutrophil recruitment via p38 MAPK signaling.

A Unique and Economical Technique for Reducing Pathogen Exposure During Dermatologic Surgical Procedures

open access: yesJournal of Dermatology Research
Dermatologic procedures, particularly those involving intralesional injections into cysts, abscesses and porous neoplasms, carry a significant risk of blood and tissue backspray, increasing exposure to bloodborne pathogens for both patients and providers.

Targeting WDR12 Unleashes T‐Cell‐Mediated Antitumor Activity in Melanoma by Destabilizing CD276

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
WDR12 cooperates with the chaperonin subunit CCT7 to maintain CD276 stability on tumor cells, suppressing T‐cell activity and promoting immune escape. SU14813, a small‐molecule WDR12 inhibitor, reduces CD276 stability and relieves CD276‐mediated T‐cell suppression.

Femtosecond‐Laser Nanocavitation Regenerates SERS‐Active Plasmonic Nanogaps for Longitudinal Molecular Sensing at Biointerfaces

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A regenerative molecular sensing platform that co‐localizes surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) sensing and nanocavitation‐based actuation. Femtosecond‐laser triggered nanocavitation produces thermomechanical forces to locally regenerate SERS‐active nanogaps in protein‐rich biofluids while preserving optical performance.
