Safety and efficacy of nemolizumab for atopic dermatitis up to 2 years in open‐label extension study
Journal of the European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, EarlyView.This study evaluated long‐term safety and efficacy in patients with moderate‐to‐severe atopic dermatitis. Patients with and without previous nemolizumab experience received nemolizumab 30 mg Q4W plus TCS/TCI. Nemolizumab was well‐tolerated through 104 weeks with clinically meaningful improvements in disease signs and symptoms.
