Investigou-se o efeito de quatro intensidades luminosas (0; 2,8 ± 0,9; 5,46 ± 1,75 e 7,8 ± 2,5 µmol s-1 m-2, aproximadamente 136,5 ± 87,5; 273 ± 43,8 e 390 ± 125 luxes respectivamente) na sobrevivência, na produtividade, no ganho de peso e no desenvolvimento larval de Macrobrachium amazonicum. Cada tratamento teve três repetições.

Using multiple infected and uninfected Drosophila sturtevanti lines, we investigated (i) the impact of Wolbachia on fecundity and (ii) its effects relative to antibiotic treatment. Based on over 1680 dissected ovaries, fecundity was similar between infected and uninfected flies.
