Thermally Gated Dual‐Cascade Nanozyme for Enhanced Mild‐Temperature Photothermal Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A thermo‐responsive cascade nanozyme (Ru‐GOx‐PNN) synergistically enhances mild photothermal therapy by dual suppression of HSP70 through ROS‐induced lipid peroxidation and ATP depletion. This intelligent system effectively overcomes thermotolerance and amplifies apoptosis, offering a safe and precise strategy for tumor treatment.

Durable Thin‐Film Porous Transport Electrodes for High Current Density PEM Water Electrolysis

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Water electrolysis using porous transport electrodes with sputter‐deposited, ionomer‐free thin films of rutile IrO2 catalyst suppresses Ir dissolution by >10x over other forms of IrOx. The rutile IrO2 catalyst prepared by this readily scalable electrode synthesis method provides stable cell operation at 3 A cm−2 while using low Ir loading (0.4 mg Ir cm−

Dynamic Decoration of DNA Scaffolds for High‐Resolution Cancer Cell Subtyping

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study presents a dual‐mode imaging platform that utilizes self‐assembly and disassembly of DNA scaffolds for high‐resolution cancer cell detection. The structural rigidity of DNA scaffolds effectively prevents cellular internalization for over 300 min.

Arginine Methylation Antagonizes TEAD3‐Mediated Repression to Promote Osteogenic Differentiation by Disrupting RUNX2‐Sequestrating Condensates

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In the unmethylated state, TEAD forms stable, repressive condensates that sequester the osteogenic master regulator RUNX2. Arginine methylation of TEAD at R55 acts as a molecular brake, dissolving these condensates to release RUNX2 and activate the osteogenic program.
