Design of provisioning SLA in ASON

China-Ireland International Conference on Information and Communications Technologies (CIICT 2008), 2008
This article proposes a scheme of how to provision SLA in ASON. Firstly, at the basis of giving out the birth background of SLA and ASON, it discusses the shortcomings of provisioning SLA in traditional optical network and the technical advantages of provisioning SLA in ASON. Then, design of how to provision SLA in ASON is brought forward.

Design Provisions For Offshore Grouted Construction

Offshore Technology Conference, 1993
ABSTRACT A data base containing 750 the ultimate strength test results on" of grouted connections has been assessed in order to provide improved design guidance. The test data have been screened in order to obtain an assessment of available design equations. The data have also been systematically studied to identify

Service management, provision and design

Proceedings of IN'96, 2002
The article addresses the service design and management of an IN network. It examines the interface between the service management function, service creation environment (SCE) function and the service management access function. The SCE should provide functions to support the service design process from requirement analysis to release.

Making provision in plant design

World Pumps, 2018
When planning snowmaking systems, numerous components such as pump capacity and water quantity must be coordinated and the individual requirements of the ski area must be taken into account. This involves the consideration of local conditions and future expansion stages, among other factors.

Nonlinear interaction design provisions using spectral superposition

Engineering Structures, 2003
Abstract The problem of enforcing two-variable nonlinear interaction code provisions within a spectral superposition approach to design, is addressed. An analytical procedure based on the linearization of the interaction curve through a set of tangents or secants is developed.
