The interdependence of determinants for the strength and direction of social disirability bias in racial attitude surveys [PDF]
Empirical evidence suggests that the respondents' approval motive, their desirability beliefs and the privacy of the response situation affects respondents' susceptibility to social desirability bias.

MOFs and COFs in Electronics: Bridging the Gap between Intrinsic Properties and Measured Performance
Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) and covalent organic frameworks (COFs) hold promise for advanced electronics. However, discrepancies in reported electrical conductivities highlight the importance of measurement methodologies. This review explores intrinsic charge transport mechanisms and extrinsic factors influencing performance, and critically ...

Welfare Effect of Mergers and Trade Liberalization [PDF]
In a two-country model where firms behave à la Cournot, we show that marginal and non-marginal trade liberalization have different effects on the social desirability of horizontal mergers.

Multifunctional Microstructured Surfaces by Microcontact Printing of Reactive Microgels
Reactive poly(N‐vinylcaprolactam‐co‐glycidyl methacrylate) microgels are used as functional inks to create surface‐grafted arrays on glass via microcontact printing. The patterns (10–50 µm widths and spacings) enable stable binding and post‐functionalization with dyes and peptides.

On a Problem of Proving the Existence of an Equilibrium in a Large Economy without Free Disposal: A problem of a purely finitely additive measure arising from the Fatou's lemma in several dimensions [PDF]
It is well-known in the literature that the free disposability or the desirability of all the commodities is needed to ensure the existence of an equilibrium in a large economy with a continuum of economic agents.
