Desmoplastic fibroma of the temporal bone

Although classified benign, this intraosseous lesion exhibits local aggressiveness and has a high potential for recurrence. We describe a case of desmoplastic fibroma with a local recurrence and perineural spread along the third division of the trigeminal nerve.
