Desorption times in flash desorption and isothermal desorption experiments
Chemical Physics Letters, 1979Abstract Setting up the appropriate initial value problems in a non-equilibrium quantum-statistical theory of desorption we calculate and correlate isothermal and flash desorption times and show that, though different, they are of the same order over reasonable temperatures. Predictions for the He/constantan and He/LiF systems are given.

Journal of Catalysis, 1977Abstract In most flash desorption and temperature programmed desorption experiments only a small fraction of the data obtained is used in the kinetic analysis. A technique which utilizes more of the desorption data from a series of desorption curves obtained at different initial surface coverages is discussed.
