On the Lightweight Potential of Laser Additive Manufactured NiTi Triply Periodic Minimal Sheet Lattices

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study explores the lightweight potential of laser additive‐manufactured NiTi triply periodic minimal surface sheet lattices. It systematically investigates the effects of relative density and unit cell size on surface quality, deformation recovery, compression behavior, and energy absorption.

Un exemple de patrimoine industriel détruit pendant la Première Guerre mondiale : l’usine Ehrestmann Frères & Cie dans la Somme

open access: yesIn Situ, 2014
The industrial fabric of north-eastern France paid a heavy tribute to the First World War. In the eastern part of the Somme, which was crossed by the front line throughout the duration of the war, many industrial sites were destroyed or badly damaged ...

Variations of Pairing Potential and Charge Distribution in Presence of a Non-magnetic Impurity

open access: yes, 2004
Using an attractive Hubbard model we examine spatial variations of superconducting order parameter and local charge on a two dimensional lattice. For various band filling we show the effect of destruction of the order parameter around a non-magnetic ...

Handbook of Establishing and Maintaining Oxygen‐Free Atmospheres

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study presents a practical framework for creating oxygen‐free atmospheres at ambient pressure using silane‐doped inert gases. The results show that ultra‐low oxygen levels and strongly reduced water content can be achieved through controlled silane dosing, drying systems, and sensor monitoring.

De la protection à la valorisation du patrimoine dévasté : penser la valorisation des ruines pendant la guerre

open access: yesIn Situ, 2014
As early as 1914, the French Ministry of Public Education and Fine Arts took the first steps to protect the monuments located in the combat zones. The idea gradually took form of protecting and promoting the cultural heritage which had been devastated by

Tailored Hierarchical Porous Copper Architectures via Three Dimensional Printing and Pressure‐less Sintering for Next‐Generation Lithium‐Metal Batteries

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
A hierarchical porous copper current collector is fabricated via three‐dimensional printing combined with pressureless sintering to stabilize lithium metal anodes. The interconnected architecture lowers local current density, guides uniform Li deposition within pores, and suppresses dendrite growth.

Assessing Altered Coating Adhesion on Plasma‐Deoxidized Surfaces Under Oxygen‐Free Conditions

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates the effectiveness of atmospheric pressure plasma pretreatment in modifying silicon and stainless steel surfaces to improve adhesion. Argon‐hydrogen plasma increases surface roughness and improves adhesion strength, whereas pure argon results in smoother surfaces and structural changes.

A Knowledge‐Based Approach for Understanding and Managing Additive Manufacturing Data

open access: yesAdvanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.
Additive manufacturing processes generate a large amount of data. Effectively managing, understanding, and retrieving information from this data remains a major challenge. Therefore, we propose an ontology‐based approach to integrate heterogeneous data, enable semantic queries, and support decision‐making.
