Abstract A thiadiazole derivative as an environmentally friendly anti-corrosion additive was composed to obtain a new desulfurization agent called FS-A1 using the silver strip corrosion test for jet fuel, the anti-corrosion effect was discussed while the inhibitor was added in jet fuel, blending oil-like and the model oil samples, respectively.
