The Accuracy of Ultrasonography Technique in Detection of the Intussusception
This study was conducted to retrospectively evaluate the accuracy and performance of ultrasonography in detection of intussusception as well as to prevent unnecessary surgery. Between May 2007 to December 2008, 54 patients with suspected intussusception underwent screening ultrasonography. The mean age of the patients was 2.7 years.

On-Line Anomaly Detection With High Accuracy
Traffic anomaly detection is critical for advanced Internet management. Existing detection algorithms generally convert the high-dimensional data to a long vector, which compromises the detection accuracy due to the loss of spatial information of data. Moreover, they are generally designed based on the separation of normal and anomalous data in a time ...

The Accuracy of Extended Histopathology to Detect Immunotoxic Chemicals [PDF]
The accuracy of extended histopathology to detect immunotoxic chemicals in female B6C3F1 mice was evaluated under the auspices of the National Toxicology Program (NTP). A workgroup was formed consisting of four pathologists who conducted extended histopathological evaluation of lymphoid tissues obtained from a subset of NTP toxicology studies, in which

Measuring Efficiency and Accuracy of Detection of Estrus
The ability of management to detect estrus efficiently and accurately in cows and heifers profoundly influences reproductive performance and profitability of dairy herds. Routine estimates of efficiency and accuracy are important to monitor reproduction in a herd and to evaluate management in problem breeding herds.

ABSTRACT Introduction Hyperlipidemia is a major risk factor for atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD). Although statins are the cornerstone of lipid‐lowering therapy, their use may be limited in some patients by adverse effects. This study evaluated the possible impact of non‐drug treatment using double‐filtration plasmapheresis (DFPP) on CD14+
