Ultraviolet Photodetectors Based on 4H‐SiC With Honeycomb‐Like Light‐Trapping Structures

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A facile photoelectrochemical etching method creates honeycomb‐like light‐trapping microstructures on SiC. These microstructures suppress UV reflection and enhance absorption by extending the optical path and facilitating multiple internal reflections, while strengthening the local electric field.

Semi‐Transparent Organic Photodiodes with Near‐Infrared Detection Fabricated by Inkjet Printing

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work shows the inkjet printing of semi‐transparent and opaque organic photodiodes that enable light detection in the near‐infrared regime. Their transparency and high detection speed make them ideal for applications in soft robotics, wearable devices, and light communication systems.

Inkjet‐Printed Metal Halide Perovskite Thin‐Film Field‐Effect Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Inkjet printing is investigated as a sustainable alternative to spin coating for the fabrication of perovskite thin‐film transistors. By exploring full‐substrate printing and in‐channel printing approaches, key advantages and challenges toward fully printed perovskite based electronic circuits are identified.

Toward Reliable Metal Halide Perovskite FETs: From Electronic Structure and Device Physics to Stability and Performance Engineering

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Metal halide perovskite field‐effect transistors (PeFETs) offer great promise for flexible, low‐cost, and high‐performance due to their excellent charge carrier properties. However, challenges like ion migration, hysteresis, and instability limit their performance.
