Carbohydrate‐Directed Labeling Probes for UV‐Independent Chemoproteomic Profiling of Carbohydrate–Protein Interactions

Modular carbohydrate‐directed labeling probes (CDLPs) convert weak carbohydrate–protein interactions into durable covalent tags in live cells without the need for multivalency or UV irradiation. Ligand binding triggers proximity‐enabled, glycan‐releasing acyl transfer to install a click handle for protein tagging and chemoproteomic profiling.

Sequential Patterning of Photoresponsive Hydrogels Directs Crypt Fission and Reveals the Role of Epithelial Curvature on Fission Symmetry

Deterministic crypt fission is achieved in intestinal organoids using photopatternable hydrogels with spatiotemporal control. Daughter‐crypt symmetry is shown to depend on parent‐crypt geometry and epithelial curvature, while myosin‐dependent mechanosensing links tissue shape to regenerative outcomes.

Differential Water Networks Guide Selectivity Optimization of a Cell Active BPTF Inhibitor in Neuroblastoma

BZ2 is a second‐generation Bromodomain PHD finger Transcription Factor (BPTF) inhibitor with improved selectivity over Class I and Class IV BRD off‐targets identified in our previously reported inhibitor, BZ1. Structural analyses reveal that water network engagement is key to this selectivity.

Substrate‐Dependent Crosslinking by the Cytochrome P450 From Aminopyruvatide Biosynthesis
