Adoption of Medicare's Cognitive Assessment and Care Plan Services Benefit: People, Plans, Payment, and Providers

Receipt of cognitive assessment and care plan (CACP) services was higher among Medicare fee‐for‐service beneficiaries than Medicare Advantage beneficiaries in annual cross‐sections of beneficiaries diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease, non‐Alzheimer's dementia, or mild cognitive impairment by the end of the year.
