Growth and Variation in Fallow Deer (Dama dama L.) From Two Contrasting Habitats in Southern Britain
ABSTRACT We have compiled a unique data set on the age, sex, body weight and dimensions of over 500 European fallow deer from two contrasting areas of habitat in southern England: a high‐density managed parkland population and a lower‐density feral woodland one.

Scoping review on natural language processing applications in counselling and psychotherapy
Abstract Recent years have witnessed some rapid and tremendous progress in natural language processing (NLP) techniques that are used to analyse text data. This study endeavours to offer an up‐to‐date review of NLP applications by examining their use in counselling and psychotherapy from 1990 to 2021.

Prefix Sorting DFAs: a Recursive Algorithm
In the past thirty years, numerous algorithms for building the suffix array of a string have been proposed. In 2021, the notion of suffix array was extended from strings to DFAs, and it was shown that the resulting data structure can be built in $ O(m^2 + n^{5/2}) $ time, where $ n $ is the number of states and $ m $ is the number of edges [SODA 2021].

ABSTRACT Objective Body dissatisfaction has been linked to negative and positive emotions. The validity of self‐report methods to assess emotions in individuals with eating disorders is limited, prompting a shift towards methods like natural language processing to analyze speech content.

From DFA-Frameworks to DFA-Generators: A Unifying Multiparadigm Approach [PDF]
Program analysis is still characterized by paradigm-specific approaches, which are developed to accommodate to the diversities of the different programming paradigms as e.g. the imperative, object-oriented, or parallel one. Switching between paradigms or transferring analyses across paradigm boundaries requires usually detailed knowledge of the ...

ABSTRACT Stocking fish is a common practice in fisheries management, particularly for species of high conservation value or economic importance. Despite its widespread use, systematic evaluation of fish stockings remains scarce. This includes non‐native species such as rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss), which are intensively stocked into European ...

Prevalence and Comorbidity of Dental Phobia in a Representative Population of 16‐Year‐Olds in Norway
ABSTRACT Background Although dental fear and anxiety are common in children and adolescents, they are not well‐defined constructs and may not capture critical clinical aspects. Dental phobia (DP) is more well‐defined as a specific phobia that includes the criteria of functional impairment. Aim To investigate the prevalence and covariates of DP.

Polynomial characteristic sets for DFA identification
[EN] We study the order in Grammatical Inference algorithms, and its influence on the polynomial (with respect to the data) identification of languages. This work is motivated by recent results on the polynomial convergence of data-driven grammatical inference algorithms.
