RENEWAL CONVERGENCE RATES FOR DHR AND NWU LIFETIMES
Probability in the Engineering and Informational Sciences, 2002This article studies the geometric convergence rate of a discrete renewal sequence with decreasing hazard rate or, more generally, new worse than used lifetimes. Several variants of these structural orderings are considered. The results are derived from power series methods; roots of generating functions are the prominent issue.

The Perceived Effectiveness and Efficiency of DHR Employees
Social Service Review, 1979This article presents the results of a project that examined the perceived effectiveness and efficiency of Department of Human Resource (DHR) employees within a large agency. The results indicated that the employees perceived their effectiveness and efficiency as relatively high and that there was a large degree of association between the two concepts.

Miniature OCXO using DHR technology
Proceedings of International Frequency Control Symposium, 2002This work describes the use of the Directly Heated Resonator (DHR) technology in miniature OCXO. Two designs incorporating DHR technology have been developed. One is a Resonator Thermostat (RT) housed in a standard TO-8 package. It contains a directly heated SC-cut crystal and thermocontroller circuit.

DHR-Trees: Enabling Multidimensional Queries in P2P Systems
IEICE Transactions on Communications, 2007There is an increasing requirement for supporting complex multidimensional queries in Peer-to-Peer systems. In the centralized spatial database world, R-Trees and its variant structures are widely accepted due to their capabilities to manage complex multidimensional queries.

Although, as mentioned, the DHR-criterion is too restrictive it is worthwhile to present the DHR-analysis. It illustrates the essential features. Modifications will be discussed in sections 3 and 5 of this chapter and, concerning infrared problems, in Chapter VI.

Assessment of the enhanced DHRS configuration for MYRRHA reactor
Nuclear Engineering and Design, 2016Abstract This paper deals with the assessment of an innovative decay heat removal system for the MYRRHA reactor, based on the analysis of the selected transients with two different system codes. The application to liquid metal cooled reactors has the disadvantage of adding overcooling transients to the transient spectrum.

DHR-Trees: A Distributed Multidimensional Indexing Structure for P2P Systems
2006 Fifth International Symposium on Parallel and Distributed Computing, 2006Supporting range query over peer-to-peer systems has attracted many research efforts in recent years. In this paper, we propose a new multidimensional indexing structure for P2P systems called distributed Hilbert R-trees (DHR-trees). DHR-trees enables multidimensional range query to be executed similarly as in overlapping regions tree in P2P systems ...

Thermal Hydraulic Analysis Code Development for DHRS of SFR
Volume 2: Plant Systems, Construction, Structures and Components; Next Generation Reactors and Advanced Reactors, 2013CEFR (China Experimental Fast Reactor) is a typical pool type SFR (Sodium cooled Fast Reactor) which relies on independent positive DHRS (Decay Heat Removal System). This paper describes a new 1-D transient thermal hydraulic code named LR which is based on DHRS of CEFR.
