DHS: Adaptive Memory Layout Organization of Sketch Slots for Fast and Accurate Data Stream Processing

Proceedings of the 27th ACM SIGKDD Conference on Knowledge Discovery & Data Mining, 2021
Data stream processing is a crucial computation task in data mining applications. The rigid and fixed data structures in existing solutions limit their accuracy, throughput, and generality in measurement tasks. We propose Dynamic Hierarchical Sketch (DHS)

DHS‐CapsNet: Dual horizontal squash capsule networks for lung and colon cancer classification from whole slide histopathological images

International journal of imaging systems and technology (Print), 2021
This paper proposes a new dual horizontal squash capsule network (DHS‐CapsNet) to classify the lung and colon cancers on histopathological images. DHS‐CapsNet is made up of encoder feature fusion (EFF) and a novel horizontal squash (HSquash) function ...

Bacterial expressed DH and DH/PH domains

2000
Publisher Summary This chapter discusses bacterial expressed pleckstrin homology (PH) and Dbl homology (DH) domains. The Dbl family of proteins act as specific guanine nucleotide exchange factors (GEFs), efficiently catalyzing the GDP/GTP exchange and activation of Rho GTPases in vivo .

Identification of Dh/ + and Dh/Dh embryos through close linkage of Dh and peptidase‐3

Teratology, 1986
AbstractThe close linkage between the genes Dominant hemimelia (Dh) and peptidase‐3 (Pep‐3) has been determined in 65 informative matings with the recombination freqency of 3.8%. Progeny testing showed that non‐penetrance does occur in Dh/+ adults. The presence of the “slow” and “fast” variants of Pep‐3 can be determined in homogenates of kidney tissue
