Higher levels of angiotensin II type‐2 receptor‐interacting protein (ATIP), quantified by TOMAHAQ mass spectrometry, were associated with lower amyloid‐β burden in postmortem brains of older adults with Alzheimer's disease (AD). These findings suggest ATIP may play a protective role in AD pathogenesis, warranting further investigation.
