The diabetic foot in Iraq

My father is more than 80 years old and lives in the city of Hawler in Northern Iraq. He was in the Iraqi army when he was young; later, he worked in a small shop that he opened with a friend. He has had diabetes for more than 20 years, as well as high blood pressure and heart problems.
