ABSTRACT Background Imaging and postmortem studies indicate that abnormalities in monoaminergic neurotransmission contribute to cognitive impairment in Parkinson's disease (PD). Elevated Connectivity During Language Processing Is Associated With Cognitive Performance in SeLECTS
