DIAGNOSTIC YIELD OF IN VITRO VITREOUS BIOPSY FOR INTRAOCULAR LYMPHOMA AT VARIABLE VITREOUS CUTTER SPEEDS USING 25-GAUGE VITRECTOMY

Retina, 2023
We evaluated the diagnostic yield of human Burkitt cells using dual-cycle 25G cutters. In vitro cell viability using CCK-8 and diagnostic yield was tested at five cut rates. No significant degradation was found with increasing cut speed.
