An Unfolding Story: AlphaFold's View on Protein Flexibility
Helvetica Chimica Acta, EarlyView.AlphaFold confidence measures allow for detailed proteome‐wide characterization of protein flexibility. All flexibility measures increased substantially in the evolutionary transition from prokaryota to eukaryota. ABSTRACT The AlphaFold confidence measures are related to conformation distribution of the protein.
