New Non-Diagonal Singularity-Free Cosmological Perfect-Fluid Solution [PDF]

open access: yes, 1995
We present a new non-diagonal G2 inhomogeneous perfect-fluid solution with barotropic equation of state p=rho and positive density everywhere. It satisfies the global hyperbolicity condition and has no curvature singularity anywhere.

Convergence spaces and diagonal conditions

open access: yesTopology and its Applications, 1996
The authors study and compare several diagonal axioms which can be imposed on convergence spaces. These conditions were first introduced by \textit{H.-J. Kowalsky} [Math. Nachr. 12, 301-340 (1954; Zbl 0056.41403)] and by \textit{C. H. Cook} and \textit{H. R. Fischer} [Math. Ann. 174, 1-7 (1967; Zbl 0152.39603)].

Regularity of fuzzy convergence spaces

open access: yesOpen Mathematics, 2018
(Fuzzy) convergence spaces are extensions of (fuzzy) topological spaces. ⊤-convergence spaces are one of important fuzzy convergence spaces. In this paper, we present an extending dual Fischer diagonal condition, and making use of this we discuss a ...

Gorenstein tiled orders

open access: yesKarpatsʹkì Matematičnì Publìkacìï, 2014
The aim of this article is to describe exponent matrices of Gorenstein tiled orders. The necessary and sufficient condition for possibility such to construct a Gorenstein tiled order which has given orders over some discrete valuation ring (the unique ...

An Improved Diagonal Jacobian Approximation via a New Quasi-Cauchy Condition for Solving Large-Scale Systems of Nonlinear Equations

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2013
We present a new diagonal quasi-Newton update with an improved diagonal Jacobian approximation for solving large-scale systems of nonlinear equations. In this approach, the Jacobian approximation is derived based on the quasi-Cauchy condition.

Common diagonal solutions to the Lyapunov inequalities for interval systems

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2016
In this paper for interval systems we consider the problem of existence and evaluation of common diagonal solutions to the Lyapunov inequalities. For second order systems, we give necessary and sufficient conditions and exact solutions, that is, complete

A Random Multiple Access Protocol with Spatial Interactions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
We analyse an ALOHA-type random multiple-access protocol where users have local interactions. We show that the fluid model of the system workload satisfies a certain differential equation.

On diagonal representatives in boundary condition matrices on orbifolds [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Modern Physics A, 2020
We study diagonal representatives of boundary condition matrices on the orbifolds [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] [Formula: see text]. We give an alternative proof of the existence of diagonal representatives in each equivalent class of boundary condition matrices on [Formula: see text], using a matrix exponential representation, and show ...

Exact solution of the sp(4) integrable spin chain with generic boundaries

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2019
The off-diagonal Bethe ansatz method is generalized to the integrable model associated with the sp(4) (or C 2) Lie algebra. By using the fusion technique, we obtain the complete operator product identities among the fused transfer matrices.
