The dependence of the appearance of the aircraft on the conditions of the Arctic basing [PDF]
Positioning on the global political arena of the Arctic Territory as the exclusive economic zone of the Russian Federation requires, first of all, the development of a regional transport network, including cargo and passenger traffic for the sustainable ...

AKARI's infrared view on nearby stars : Using AKARI Infrared Camera All-Sky Survey, 2MASS, and Hipparcos catalog [PDF]
--Results-- We found that the (B-V) v.s. (V-S9W) color-color diagram is useful to identify the stars with infrared excess emerged from circumstellar envelopes/disks.

We call a delta diagram any diagram of a knot or link whose regions (including the unbounded one) have 3, 4, or 5 sides. We prove that any knot or link admits a delta diagram. We define and estimate combinatorial link invariants stemming from this definition.

From capacity maximization to flagship train optimization: a novel framework for brand-oriented railway timetabling [PDF]
PurposeThis study investigates the impact of flagship trains on high-speed railway capacity utilization and develops a brand value-oriented optimization framework that balances service quality enhancement with operational efficiency.Design/methodology ...

By a diagram we mean a topological space obtained by gluing to a standard circle a finite number of pairwise non-intersecting closed rectangles along their lateral sides, the glued rectangles are pairwise disjoint. Diagrams are not new objects; they were used in many areas of low-dimensional topology.

The authors describe their method for counting planar Feynman diagrams of quantum field theory. Mathematicians who are not familiar with the current jargon of quantum field theory are likely to find this paper rather difficult to follow. In order to demonstrate the usefulness of their method, the authors calculate the ground state energy of a system of

Stochastic diagrams and Feynman diagrams [PDF]
Abstract We study the relationship between ordinary perturbation theory and perturbation theory obtained from stochastic quantization. We give a simple proof that, except in gauge theories, the several stochastic diagrams of a given topology are together equivalent to the corresponding Feynman diagram.
