Femoral‐sciatic nerve block by levobupivacaine for a case of cheetah (Acinonyx jubatus) with metatarsal fracture

open access: yesVeterinary Record Case Reports, Volume 14, Issue 4, November 2026.
Abstract Femoral‐sciatic nerve block is commonly used regional anaesthetic technique in small animal clinical practice. However, no previous reports are available about femoral‐sciatic nerve block in cheetahs. This case report describes a femoral‐sciatic nerve block using levobupivacaine in a cheetah that had undergone a metatarsal fracture treatment ...

Influence of Annealing Temperature on the Thermomechanical Properties and Dimensional Stability of FFF‐Printed PET‐CF

open access: yesJournal of Applied Polymer Science, Volume 143, Issue 38, October 10, 2026.
Following extrusion at 265°C, components underwent a 45‐min annealing process at temperatures from 145°C to 225°C. The results show that increasing the annealing temperature elevates the onset of thermal softening, significantly enhancing thermal reliability.

How Epitranscriptomic Machinery Senses Environmental Cues

open access: yesAdvanced Biology, Volume 10, Issue 9, September 2026.
Exogenous exposures, microenvironmental signals, and intracellular metabolic or redox states can alter RNA‐modification machinery through catalytic chemistry, signaling‐dependent PTMs, compartmental redistribution, or changes in abundance and composition.
