Highly Efficient Air Sterilization via Low‐Temperature Interfacial Evaporation in Inductively Heated Superhydrophilic Ferromagnetic Filters

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The first low‐temperature interfacial evaporation air sterilization technology is presented. It is based on a superhydrophilic ferromagnetic micro/nano‐structured stainless‐steel filter, showing ultra‐efficient inductive heating. This technology has demonstrated over 99.6% of SARS‐CoV‐2 and RSV elimination at temperatures in the 60–80 °C range.

Novel Fe‐Modulating Raney‐Ni Electrodes toward High‐Efficient and Durable AEM Water Electrolyzer

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
Plasma spray (APS) is used to fabricate Fe‐modulated Raney‐Ni bifunctional electrodes for AEMWE. The resulting NFA‐CA exhibits distinct core–shell NiFe‐NiFe hydroxides, enabling 2 A cm⁻2 at 1.79 V—surpassing the U.S. Department of Energy's target for AWE systems—and demonstrates excellent durability with 1000 hours of stable operation at 1 A cm⁻2 ...
