Multiple herbicide-resistant (MHR) Palmer amaranth is a troublesome weed in several crops across the USA, including corn. Due to unavoidable weather conditions, it is sometimes not possible for growers to apply pre-emergence herbicide; therefore, post ...

Abstract Cotton and soybean growers were offered new technologies in 2016, expanding in-crop herbicide options to include dicamba or 2,4-D. Within 3 yr of commercialization, dicamba use in these crops increased 10-fold, and growers began to report Palmer amaranth escapes in dicamba-tolerant production systems in western Tennessee.

Residual and sequential herbicide treatments in dicamba-resistant soybean
Dicamba-resistant soybean was developed and commercialized by Monsanto in 2016, and in recent years, barnyardgrass has become more troublesome for growers who use residual herbicides with dicamba technology. Field studies were conducted from 2019 to 2021

Microbiological degradation of the herbicide dicamba
Pseudomonas paucimobilis was isolated from a consortium which was capable of degrading dicamba (3,6-dichloro-2-methoxybenzoic acid) as the sole source of carbon. The degradation of dicamba by P. paucimobilis and the consortium was examined over a range of substrate concentration, temperature, and pH.

Persistence of dicamba residue in harvested soybeans
Adoption of dicamba‐tolerant soybeans contributed to widespread reports of chemical trespassing on adjacent, sensitive soybeans. Reports of the impact of dicamba on sensitive soybeans (Glycine max L.) have been well documented; however, the potential for

ABSTRACT The review examines the evolution of chemical ionization mass spectrometry (CI‐MS), a technique developed in 1966 by Field and Munson. CI is a soft‐ionization method that produces more intense molecular ions with less fragmentation than electron ionization (EI).

A genetically modified soybean expressing multiple Cry proteins protects against key lepidopteran pests, consistently reducing larval damage and offering an effective resistance management option for soybean production in Brazil. Abstract BACKGROUND Pyramided Bt genes in crops have been widely adopted to delay insect resistance evolution worldwide. The
