Abstract Objectives Prior experiences of medical racism harm health outcomes through reduced trust in medical recommendations and ultimately reduced treatment uptake. Unfortunately, experiencing medical racism is common among Black women. Culturally tailoring interventions can increase patient trust and treatment engagement.
