Magneto-dielectric characterization of TiO2-CoFe2O4 derived ceramic composites [PDF]
Dielectric permittivity (ε′), magnetic permeability (µ′) and dielectric and magnetic loss (tan δε and tan δµ, respectively) of magneto-dielectric cobalt ferrite-titania (CFO-TO) ceramic composites are determined from 200 to 300 MHz.

Enzymes of the 2‐hydroxyacyl‐CoA lyase group catalyze the condensation of formyl‐CoA with aldehydes or ketones. Thus, by structural adaptation of active sites, practically any pharmaceutically and industrially important 2‐hydroxyacid could be biotechnologically synthesized. Combining crystal structure analysis, active site mutations and kinetic assays,

Recurrent Hypothermia and Autonomic Dysfunction Secondary to Shapiro Syndrome
ABSTRACT A 44‐year‐old man presented with recurrent hypothermia, diaphoresis and hypertension. Extensive investigation for infectious, inflammatory, metabolic and endocrine aetiologies was negative. MR scan of the brain demonstrated no lesions but revealed callosal dysgenesis, consistent with Shapiro syndrome.

Analysis of low-frequency dielectric loss of XLPE cable insulation based on extended Debye model
Dielectric response technology is an effective method on state detection of dielectric materials. However, when the technology is employed to evaluate the aging extent of the cable, the interpretation of the microscopic mechanism, which leads to changes ...

ErB4 and NdB4 nanostructured powders are produced by mechanochemical synthesis. 5 h mechanical alloying and 4 M HCl acid leaching are used in the production. ErB4 and NdB4 powders exhibit maximum magnetization of 0.4726 emu g−1 accompanied with an antiferromagnetic‐to‐paramagnetic phase transition at about TN = 18 K and 0.132 emu g−1 with a maximum at ...
