The inhibitory immune checkpoints HLA‐G and CD47 are expressed on certain tumor types and inhibit immune cells in the tumor microenvironment. DSP216 binds specifically to cancer cells expressing both HLA‐G and CD47, and blocks their inhibitory signaling.

Two-Variable Wilson Polynomials and the Generic Superintegrable System on the 3-Sphere
We show that the symmetry operators for the quantum superintegrable system on the 3-sphere with generic 4-parameter potential form a closed quadratic algebra with 6 linearly independent generators that closes at order 6 (as differential operators ...

Some applications of linear difference equations in finance with wolfram|alpha and maple
The principle objective of this paper is to show how linear difference equations can be applied to solve some issues of financial mathematics. We focus on the area of compound interest and annuities. In both cases we determine appropriate recursive rules,

On integrability of the one-dimensional Hubbard model
We find a family of solutions to Zamolodchikov's tetrahedral algebra corresponding to the fermionic R-operator for the free fermion model of the difference type in one of the spectral parameters, construct an extension of the R-operator for a system of ...

Reflectionless Analytic Difference Operators I. Algebraic Framework [PDF]
We introduce and study a class of analytic difference operators admitting reflectionless eigenfunctions. Our construction of the class is patterned after the Inverse Scattering Transform for the reflectionless self-adjoint Schr dinger and Jacobi operators corresponding to KdV and Toda lattice solitons.

Alternative Canonical Formalism for the Wess-Zumino-Witten Model
We study a canonical quantization of the Wess--Zumino--Witten (WZW) model which depends on two integer parameters rather than one. The usual theory can be obtained as a contraction, in which our two parameters go to infinity keeping the difference fixed.

This study investigates how CTCs survive varying shear stress during hematogenous metastasis. We uncover a self‐protection mechanism, by which non‐adherent CTCs adapt to high shearing milieu through accumulated cytoplasmic myosin‐mediated disruption of myosin‐actin binding, attenuating force transmission into chromatin to protect CTCs from shear ...

Gendered performance differences in introductory physics: A study from a large land-grant university
Studies examining gender differences in introductory physics show a consensus when it comes to a gender gap on conceptual assessments; however, the story is not as clear when it comes to differences in gendered performance on exams.
