Atomic Layer Deposition Processes: Versatile Platforms for Engineering ZnO‐Chitosan Biointerfaces
Vapour phase metalation (VPM), multiplied pulsed vapour phase infiltration (MPI), and O2 plasma‑enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) tailor Zn–chitosan (Zn‑CS) films. PEALD improves wettability and biocompatibility. MPI enhances semiconductor behavior. Antiseptic selectivity: VPM → E. coli; MPI → H. pylori.

Abstract The expanding and shift scheme with two nested arrays (EAS-NA-NA) is easy to construct and effective for achieving large number of degrees of freedom (DOFs), which is one of the representative sparse arrays exploiting the fourth-order difference co-array (FODC). In this letter, it is found that by suitably enlarging the sensor spacing of the

Impaired Sensor Diagnosis, Beamforming, and DOA Estimation With Difference Co-Array Processing
IEEE Sensors Journal, 2015Impaired sensors will significantly deteriorate phased-array beampattern, and consequently degrade the output signal-to-interference plus noise ratio (SINR) and direction-of-arrival (DOA) estimation performance. In this paper, we propose a signal-processing scheme for impaired phased-arrays, including beamforming and DOA estimation as well as array ...
